A&M Consolidated Lady Tigers Fall To Cedar Ridge In McDonald's Title Game

COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- The A&M Consolidated Lady Tiger basketball team was denied the McDonald's All-Star Tournament Championship on their home court Saturday afternoon after falling to Cedar Ridge 80-52.

According to Lady Tigers Girl's Head Basketball Coach Karen Heintz the Lady Raiders are ranked the 3 in the nation.

A&M Consolidated was lead in scoring by LuLu McKinney with 19 points, while Beth Ashley added 10 and Alexis Oaks tossed in 9.

Lady Tigers wrapped up their non-district schedule today and are now 17 and 6 overall and will step back on the court Friday night when they host Bryan. Tip off is set for 7pm at Tiger Gym.
