COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Spots are still available for several upcoming camps to be hosted by the Texas A&M men’s basketball program.
Upcoming camps include the Fundamental Skills Day Camp, which is scheduled for June 9-12 open to 6-12 year olds who want to improve their skills as a basketball player, and the Father/Son Camp, scheduled for June 13-14 in the Cox-McFerrin Center for Aggie Basketball.
The Father/Son Camp is an overnight camp (June 13-14) and a great opportunity for both father and son to share in their love for the game of basketball. This camp will be held in a family, yet competitive atmosphere, as dads match up with and against their sons. Children ages 7-18 are eligible to participate.
Team Camp, which will take place June 19-21, provides a great opportunity for high school teams to improve through competition. Not only will teams get to compete in full-length games, but the team will also participate in our popular one-minute challenge and learn to grow from late-game situations.
Later in the summer, Texas A&M basketball will host a pair of Individual Camps (June 22-25 and August 3-6). The individual camps are overnight camps open to young men entering the 4th-12th grade who want to improve their overall basketball skills by developing basic fundamentals such as shooting, dribbling and passing.
The Aggie basketball staff is committed to sharing its wealth of knowledge with campers and excel at creating a fun and structured atmosphere at camp.
