Brazos Christian's Perfect Season Rolls On After First Round Win

BRYAN, Texas -- The Brazos Christian football stayed perfect on the year after an opening round playoff win over Cypress Christian Friday Night at Eagle Field.

John Mather had a rushing touchdown and a throwing touchdown in the first half as the Eagles took a 14-7 lead.

They added another score in the 2nd half and cruised to a 20-7 win.

Up next for the Eagles (11-0) is The Woodlands Christian next Friday night at 7:30 at Cub Stadium in Brenham.
