Bremond Falls to Tenaha In State Quarterfinals

HUNTSVILLE, Texas The Tenaha Tigers beat Bremond 24-7 Friday night at Bowers Stadium in a Class A Division 2 state quarterfinal game.

Tenaha's Chavis Gregory recovered a blocked punt in the end zone to give the Tigers a 6-0 lead in the second quarter. Gregory would score on a 43 yard touchdown reception later in the quarter to help Tenaha grab a 12-0 halftime lead. The Tigers would not look back in the second half.

Tenaha will face Falls City in the state semi-finals. Bremond ends the season at 12-1
