COLLEGE STATION - The A&M Consolidated 7 on 7 football team beat Cypress Springs 41 to 12 in the semifinal round of the College Station tournament at Tiger Stadium on Saturday.
The Tiger defense looked solid as Consol held the panthers to just two touchdowns throughout the game.
The Consolidated offense had no trouble scoring as Mason Hickson threw for five touchdowns and Parker Chatagnier added one more. Derrick Dick was on the receiving end of three of those touchdowns.
The Tigers won 3 games in the tournament qualifying for a spot at the Texas State 7-on-7 Tournament hosted in College Station in July.
