COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- The A&M Consolidated boys kept their playoff hopes alive with a 58-54 win over rival Bryan Tuesday night.
The Tigers trailed by two at halftime, but took a two point lead of their own into the fourth and held on to win.
Trey Pulliam had 14 points for Consol and freshman Layton Dimery added 12.
A.J. Lawson led Bryan with 25 and Quaylon Newton chipped in 15, including two big dunks in the first quarter.
The Tigers improve to 3-6 in 14-5A play, while Bryan falls to 4-5.
Consol hosts Lufkin Friday, while the Vikings will travel to College Park.
