Bryan High product Charles McMillian is on the move again. After coaching the defensive backs at Prairie View A&M last season Coach Mac is headed to the University of New Mexico to join Bob Davie's staff in Albuquerque.

Charles was an assistant coach at Texas A&M under Mike Sherman for four years (2008-2011). In 2012 Coach Mac was David Raffield's secondary coach at A&M Consolidated High School. Charles has also had coaching stops at TCU, Indiana, Cincinnati, Navy, & Boise State.

That also means that A&M Consolidated will eventually have a vacancy on their Volleyball Coach Staff.

Cydryce McMillian has been the Lady Tigers head coach for six years posting an overall record of 206-54. Consolidated qualified for the playoffs every year in the McMillian era which included a pair of 5A Regional Tournament appearances.

Cydryce said she would eventually follow her husband to Albuquerque, but didn't know if that meant she would be back to coach the Lady Tigers this fall or when exactly she and their children would be headed west.
