COLLEGE STATION – Following the third Elite Eight appearance in program history, Texas A&M women’s basketball is preparing for what figures to be an exciting 2014-15 season. Don’t miss your opportunity to stand with Coach Blair and the 12th Man at Reed Arena this season, as season tickets are now available through the 12th Man Foundation.
The affordable family fun begins with season tickets as low as $100, with multiple seating options available. Annual per seat contributions are required for some seating areas. Contact the 12th Man Foundation for additional information or to order tickets by calling 888-992-4443 or logging onto www.12thManFoundation.com.
The Aggies women’s basketball return four starters—and 83% of it scoring—from a team that went 27-9 and matched the best conference ledger in school history with a 13-3 mark in SEC play. The Maroon and White are led by a trio of highly-decorated juniors, including All-American Courtney Walker (Edmond, Oklahoma), SEC Co-Defensive Player of the Year Jordan Jones (DeSoto, Texas), and All-SEC selection Courtney Williams.
Expectations are high, as always, for Gary Blair’s squad, as the Aggies have been ranked as high as fourth nationally by publications such as ESPN.com and Sports Illustrated entering the year.
The Aggies welcome 2014 NCAA Tournament teams Duke, Northwestern State and Prairie View A&M to Reed Arena during the non-conference schedule, and host Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, LSU, Missouri, Ole Miss and Vanderbilt during SEC play.
In SEC play, the Aggies travel to Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU, Mississippi State, Missouri, South Carolina and Tennessee.
