COLLEGE STATION - The sexual harassment lawsuit filed against Johnny Manziel and Texas A&M is a hoax.

The lawsuit, which was filed May 16 with the Middle District of Florida, alleges Manziel has sexually harassed Samantha Schacher, a co-host of “Dr. Drew On Call,” since Valentine’s Day 2013. According to the lawsuit, Manziel called Schacher non-stop and sent her multiple naked pictures of himself. She was allegedly seeking $25,000,000 in punitive damages for emotional distress.

Manziel's agent, Erik Burkhardt, tweeted Friday morning, "This joke 'lawsuit' is obviously 1000000% fake and/ or frivolous. Embarrassing I even have (to) say this after reading the nonsense."

Turns out, that was not just spin from Burkhardt. Schacher told TMZ she has never met the former Texas A&M quarterback, much less sued him for sexual harassment.

Schacher tweeted “It's 100% a hoax people.” She went on to say “The person believed to be behind the lawsuit, defaming myself and Manziel is a serial filer Jonathan Lee Riches.”

Riches served ten years in federal prison for wire fraud. During that time, federal prosecutors say he filed an estimated 3,000 briefs “in virtually every district in the country.” He was released in April 2012 and arrested eight months later for violating his parole. Riches allegedly drove to Connecticut and impersonated the uncle of Adam Lanza, the shooter in the Sandy Hook Elementary School incident.
