MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- Sidney Ponson stayed unbeaten for Texas, topping his previous team with career complete game No. 25 for the
Rangers in a 10-1 victory over the Minnesota Twins on Wednesday
night.

One day less than one year after the Twins released the
struggling right-hander with a 2-5 record and a 6.93 ERA, Ponson
(3-0) plowed through their lagging lineup with only one run and six
hits allowed to finish nine innings for the first time since April
24, 2005, with Baltimore at Toronto.
