IRVING, Texas (AP) - New Dallas Cowboy Adam "Pacman" Jones
backpedaled, turned around and caught the ball during individual
drills today in Irving.
Jones went through his second day of offseason workouts with the
Cowboys since NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said he could join his
new team at practice.
It was the first session open to the media, and the first with
Pro Bowl receiver Terrell Owens also on the field.
The Cowboys acquired Jones from Tennessee in April.
Jones missed the 2007 season while suspended from the NFL
following his arrests and legal problems, including his connection
to a shooting at a Las Vegas strip club.
He can take part in training camp and preseason games, but so
far remains suspended from the regular season. Goodell is expected
to rule by September 1st.
