PHOENIX (AP) - Not even Roy Oswalt could stop the Houston
Astros' free fall. Carlos Quentin hit a two-run home run and the
Arizona Diamondbacks beat Oswalt for the first time, 8-to-4 for the
Astros' eighth straight loss.
The Astros have been outscored 66-to-16 during their longest
losing streak in six years.
The Diamondbacks completed a four-game sweep. Livan Hernandez
allowed eleven hits in his 43rd complete game and first since 2005.
He's 5-and-2.
Oswalt had been 6-and-0 in seven career starts against Arizona.
But he allowed six runs on ten hits in six innings to fall to
6-and-4 on the season.
