They'll finish up play at the Farmers Insurance Open today, and barring a total collapse by Tiger Woods, the world's second-ranked golfer will collect an eighth title at Torrey Pines as a professional.
Woods played seven holes of the final round yesterday, before play was halted by darkness. He'll bring a six-shot lead to the eighth tee later today in San Diego.
Defending champion Brandt Snedeker and Nick Watney start the day tied for second.
The 72-hole tournament is carrying over to a Monday finish after fog kept golfers off the course all day Saturday.
