If you're a fan of casting a line in the City of College Station's ponds, we've got good news for you.
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department recently stocked three city ponds with over a thousand catfish.
Cy Miller Park, Gabbard Park and Brothers Pond Park were stocked with 400 catfish each.
That's good news for fishing fans like Greg Boik who appreciates everything that the Texas Parks and Wildlife does.
"I'm just happy that the Texas Parks and Wildlife has got the foresight and monetary avenue to do this for our community," said Boik.
Keep in mind that if you go fishing in a city pond you are required to have a valid fresh water fishing license.
