FORT WORTH, TX -- The 2012 season marks the sixth year that fans have participated in the selection of the Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award. As of Wednesday at 11:30pm Arkansas quarterback Tyler Wilson was in the lead with 8,423 votes with Texas A&M's Johnny Manziel moving from 15th to 12th place with 1,040 votes. Voting in the first round will last through October 21st.
The Fan Vote counts as 5% during each round of the voting process and is combined with the results from the Selection Committee.
Fans are invited to cast their vote for the nation’s best college quarterback as often as once daily. The link is listed below.
