FAYETTEVILLE, AR -- Arkansas' struggling pass defense has been one of the biggest reasons for the team's slow start to the season.
The Razorbacks (1-3) allowed a career-high 397 yards passing to Rutgers quarterback Gary Nova in a loss last week, the third straight for a program that entered the season with championship expectations.
Nova's success has become the norm for opposing quarterbacks against Arkansas, which also allowed a career-high 412 yards passing to Louisiana-Monroe's Kolton Browning and is currently 111th in the country in pass defense - allowing 312.3 yards per game through the air.
The Razorbacks, who are last in the Southeastern Conference in total and scoring defense, face another difficult defensive task on Saturday when they travel to face Texas A&M (2-1) and quarterback Johnny Manziel.
