DULUTH, Georgia. - Fresh off a 66-62 upset of top-seeded Tennessee, Texas A&M looks to secure the program’s fifth league tournament title on Sunday when the fourth-seeded Aggies (23-9) battle No. 2-seed Kentucky (27-4) in the SEC Tournament championship game inside The Arena at Gwinnett Center.
Tipoff is set for 6 p.m. ET/5 p.m. CT and the game will be televised nationally by ESPN2, Cara Capuano will provide play-by-play with Nell Fortner on commentary. Fans can also listen locally on Sports Radio 1150 The Zone and worldwide on aggieathletics.com and radioaggieland.com.
A&M will be looking to claim the SEC’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament with a victory, although the Aggies are a lock to at least receive an at-large bid to the field, which will be announced on March 18.
