BRYAN, TX -- Texas A&M wide receiver Ryan Swope has had a Superman career at Texas A&M, but recently he's resembled a Timex Watch. "He takes a lick'n and keeps on tick'n."
Swope may be one of the only players that is physically still feeling the affects of the loss to LSU last Saturday. He was on the receiving end of a crushing hit on the game's final play against the Tigers.
That shot came a week after he was leveled against Louisiana Tech.
"We kinda joke with him that he's a marked man and everything like that," said Swope's teammate Uzoma Nwachukwu. "We have to have the secret service around him. It's all in good fun. He's alright, he's a warrior a tough guy and is always going to be there for us."
Texas A&M will travel to Jordan-Hare Stadium on Saturday to take on Auburn.
Kickoff is set for 6:02pm. The game will be televised on ESPN-U.
