12th Man Foundation Announces Search Committee for New President

COLLEGE STATION, TX -- The 12th Man Foundation has announced the formation of a 10-member search committee tasked with finding a new president.

Scott Taylor ’69, Chairman of the 12th Man Foundation Board of Trustees, will chair the committee that will convene in the upcoming weeks. The first duty of the committee will be to select a search firm to help lead the national search for a new leader. No timeline has been established for the selection of a new President at this point.

“When putting together this committee, I wanted to have representation from across the board as well as an incoming trustee and a past chair” said Scott Taylor. “It was also important for the athletics department to have a voice on this committee as this hire will be essential to the success of the upcoming Kyle Field Redevelopment project”.

Members of the search committee include:
- Alan Roberts ’78, current member of the 12th Man Foundation Board of Trustees and a business owner
- Chaz Neely ’62, current member of the 12th Man Foundation Board of Trustees and CEO of SASCO
- Frosty Gilliam ’80, current member of the 12th Man Foundation Board of Trustees and President of
Aghorn Energy, Inc.
- Cindy Taylor ’84, incoming member of the 12th Man Foundation Board of Trustees and CEO Oil States
International, Inc.
- Sam Torn ’70, current member of the 12th Man Foundation Board of Trustees and President of Camp Ozark
- Artie McFerrin ’65, Chairman-elect of the 12th Man Foundation Board of Trustees and business owner
- Eric Hyman, Texas A&M Director of Intercollegiate Athletics
- Marcy Girton, Texas A&M Athletics Chief of Staff
- Arno Krebs ’64, past Chairman of the 12th Man Foundation Board of Trustees and a retired lawyer
- Scott Taylor ’69, Committee Chair, Chairman of the 12th Man Foundation Board of Trustees and a retired lawyer
