COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Aggie soccer freshman Kelley Monogue is a Class Star Award recipient, the Texas A&M Class Councils announced recently.
The McKinney, Texas, native was selected as the Class of 2015 honoree for Athletics after an outstanding freshman year on the pitch.
Monogue’s lengthy list of accolades from the 2011 season includes the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year titles and a No. 1 ranking on the TopDrawerSoccer.com Freshman Top 100 List. The forward was also selected to the 2011 All-Big 12 first team, the Big 12 All-Newcomer Team, the All-Big 12 Tournament Team, the NCAA All-Region First Team and the Soccer America All-Freshman First Team.
