COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Tyler Naquin's two-run homer just before a rain and lightning delay in the bottom of the 7th inning lifted Texas A&M past UT-San Antonio 4-3 Tuesday night at Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park.
After trying to wait out the rain for an hour and a half the game was called, giving A&M their eighth win in their last nine games.
The Roadrunners had taken a 3-2 lead in their half of the seventh after the Aggies left runners in scoring position in the bottom of the sixth.
Texas A&M returns to Big 12 play Thursday night at home against Oklahoma.
