COLLEGE STATION, TX -- The Texas A&M football team wrapped up their first full week of spring drills at the Coolidge Grass Practice Fields
Thursday afternoon and Head Coach Kevin Sumlin wants to see some players increase their intensity or find something else to do.

"We got some guys that are coming to the forefront, physical guys who like to play and we got some guys that are pretenders and not very tough," said Sumlin.

"We got to figure out a way in the next couple of weeks to develop some mental toughness and physical toughness. Some guys that talk about playing and want to play and want to do things and we get out there and we start hitting and they disappear. We got to eliminate those guys," continued Sumlin.
