No. 5 Aggies to Host Prairie View A&M Tuesday

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The No. 5 Texas A&M baseball team puts its six-game winning streak on the line Tuesday night when it hosts Prairie View A&M in a 6:35 p.m. contest on Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park. Texas A&M will send freshman right-hander Corey Ray (1-0, 1.00) to the mound to face Prairie View A&M junior Steven Lunsford (0-0, 3.52).

Texas A&M and system-sister school Prairie View A&M have met just three times on the baseball diamond with the Aggies taking all three meetings ... all three of the meetings have come in the last three seasons consecutively, beginning in 2009 ... Last season, Texas A&M defeated the Panthers 11-1 and were led by a four-RBI game from Matt Juengel.
