NORMAN, Okla. – After poor field conditions postponed the original Thursday match-up, the 16th-seeded Texas A&M softball team and No. 1 Oklahoma will are set to face off in game one of the NCAA Norman Super Regional on Friday at 6 p.m. CT on ESPN. Saturday’s schedule is still to be determined.
Thursday morning rain created an unplayable outfield at Marita Hynes Field, and the Aggies and Sooners were forced to push Super Regional play back a day. Game one was originally slated for a 6 p.m. CT Thursday start, with game two at 3 p.m. Friday and game three at 6 p.m. Friday, if necessary.
The schedule for games two and three is to be determined. Check back to AggieAthletics.com and follow @AggieSoftball on Twitter for more updates.
