BROOKLINE, Mass. - Texas A&M's Jade Scott concluded his run at the 113th U.S. Amateur Championship on Wednesday morning, narrowly missing out on a chance to advance to the match play portion of the event after being eliminated on the second hole of a sudden-death playoff.
His Aggie Athletics biography lists Scott as from Longview, Texas. He has three older siblings and is an Eagle Scout. Scott was named the 2010 Conference USA Freshman of the Year after a season which included an individual title and six top-15 finishes.
