Standish will remain at Texas A&M to continue her education. This year Standish appeared in 5 games with one start, last season Standish appeared in 34 games with 21 starts.
Updated: 6:47 PM Texas A&M will host three-time national champion Louisiana Tech to Reed Arena on Tuesday night. Both teams started the season 0-3, but have rebounded to win each game since. The Lady Techsters are winners of their last two contests while the Aggies have won their last three outings. In the three game win streak for the Aggies have outscored their opponents by 25 points per game.

First year Aggie head coach Kevin Sumlin was named the SEC Coach of the year.

Updated: 11:10 PM During his playing days at Tivy High School in Kerrville, Johnny Manziel had a lot of success for the Antlers as a scrambling quarterback that loved to improvise. During his junior season Tivy made it to the Class 4A state semifinals. Then in his senior season the Antlers won a Bi-District championship, losing in the second round. In his final high school campaign he threw for 3,609 yards and 45 touchdowns and rushed for another 1,674 yards and 30 scores.

Updated: 11:47 PM Texas A&M junior Damontre Moore was named one of six finalists for the Ted Hendricks Defensive End of the Year Award. Moore (Rowlett, Texas) emerged as the country’s breakout defender in his third season in Aggieland. His 12.5 quarterback sacks on the season tie for No. 2 in the nation and he ties for third in tackles for loss with 20. The junior paces the team with 80 tackles and could become just the third defensive lineman in the past 40 seasons to lead A&M in tackles. Moore currently leads the Aggies in tackles, solo tackles, sacks, tackles for loss, QB hurries and blocked kicks. He was also named an AFCA All-American earlier this week.
