Child Protective Services says so far the custody cases for 235 children -- who were seized during an April raid on a polygamist compound -- have been dropped.
Officials told The Associated Press that the dismissals mean it's been
determined that many of the children can safely live with a parent or other relative.

This was obvious to anyone with common sense. What a waste of tax dollars. I'm sure there were lots of dollars moving around from department to department that swayed the decision - like the BOUNTY given to CPS for every child they kidnap. Let's see, lawyers, police, CPS, etc...all gained. These poor people lost. If they sue, the tax payers will pay. This is what UNACCOUNTABLE government gets you. Perhaps an anonymous call will result in the same actions against all those involved? No? If not, then you have selective application of the law.
