Christmas Bikes For Kids

A Partnership between The Law Offices of Jeff Paradowski, WalMart Supercenter in Bryan and KBTX Media

This Christmas, the Law Offices of Jeff Paradowski will be giving away 150 new bicycles to kids in need. To nominate a child or family or need, please fill out the registration form below with some short thoughts about the child.

Nomination forms due by 5pm Wednesday, December 14, 2011. Families of children selected will be contacted by phone and informed of pickup date and time.

If you are nominating someone other than your child, please be sure and include the child’s full name and YOUR contact information. Please be sure and include a valid DAYTIME phone number!

Nominations may also be mailed to the Law Offices of Jeff Paradowski at the following address:

Mailed in nominations should include: Child’s Name, Age of Child, Your Name, Daytime Phone Number and short thoughts about the child in need.
