Texas A&M has added two perennial football powers to its future football schedule in USC and Oregon, Director of Athletics Bill Byrne announced late Wednesday.
"I am happy to report we will be adding two west coast schools to our football schedule, the USC Trojans and the Oregon Ducks," Byrne said. "When you combine USC and Oregon with the non-conference games we have planned with Arkansas, SMU and others in the coming seasons, I think our future football schedules will be challenging and highly entertaining."
The Aggies are finalizing a series with USC for the 2015 and 2016 seasons. Meanwhile, A&M will make the trek to Eugene in September of 2018 and the Ducks will head to Kyle Field in September of 2019.
Texas A&M and USC have met three previous times on the football field, two of which came in bowl games. The last time the schools met was in the 1977 Bluebonnet Bowl inside the Astrodome in Houston. The Aggies have played the Trojans once in Los Angeles (1964), while USC has never visited Kyle Field. A&M and Oregon have never faced each other on the gridiron.
The last time the Aggies met a Pac-10 opponent in a regular-season game was a 10-7 win over No. 17 Stanford in the 1992 Pigskin Classic in Anaheim. The last visit by a Pac-10 school to Kyle Field was in 1987, when A&M dropped 10th-ranked Washington, 29-12.

It seems typical for some sip to read an article about Aggies and then take the time to comment. By the way t.u.fan, you should learn how to use contractions, it is spelled aren't. The apostrophe replaces the "o" dummy.
