There will be more colors than just Aggie maroon and Oklahoma State orange out at Saturday's football game.

A group of Texas A&M students will be wearing bright lime green shirts and asking for donations.

The Texas A&M Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and Aggie Athletes will be collecting canned food items and monetary donations three hours prior to kickoff in the Fan Zone. They will also be selling Aggies CAN wrist bans for $1.

All the donations will benefit the Brazos Valley Food Bank. Their goal is to fill food backpacks for local children. The backpacks are taken home from school on Fridays and contain ready-to-eat food so that each child is guaranteed to have meals over the weekend.

Since 2000, Aggies CAN has collected more than 500,000 cans of food and provided 2,100 weekend backpacks.
