Summer Film Series: “Babe”

Event Dates and Times

George Bush Presidential Library Center , 1000 George Bush Dr. College Station, TX 77841
The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum invites you to join us for our fourth movie in our 2017 Summer Film Series, “Babe.” When farmer Arthur Hoggett wins a young pig at the county fair, his farms changes forever. The pig, Babe, is spared from being Christmas dinner because Arthur sees to potential in him to be a blue ribbon winning pig at the next fair. Babe, however, sets his ambitions much higher and seeks to become the farm’s first sheep-herding pig. With some help and guidance from those around him, Babe succeeds, but must still win the acceptance of the other farm animals. Released in 1995, “Babe” is 91 minutes long and rated PG. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs as we enjoy this film under the stars. Games and free refreshments will begin at 7 p.m., and the movie will start just after sundown.
