A Morning with Pastor Rick Rigsby

Aldersgate United Methodist Church in College Station
As founder of Rick Rigsby Ministries based in Dallas, Texas, Rick preaches the gospel in a variety of settings worldwide. As an ordained minister with seminary training from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, Rick’s primary mission is to share the hope of Christ to a hurting world.

A favorite at national men's conferences including, Promise Keepers, Wildfire, Men at The Cross, and Iron Sharpens Iron, the former character coach and chaplain for the Texas A&M football team speaks at churches, Christian conferences, family camps and staff retreats. In addition, Dr. Rigsby is speaks in chapel services for teams in the National Football League.

In addition to his travelling ministry, Rick serves as associate pastor for his home church, Radiant Life Church in McKinney, Texas.

As a former college professor, Dr. Rigsby has a heart for university students. Whether encouraging students at the West Africa Advanced School of Theology in Nigeria, or preaching in chapel at Dallas Theological Seminary, Dr. Rigsby proclaims the uncompromising message of a loving God, while challenging the next generation of church leaders to impact their world with the Word of God!

A word from Pastor Rick:

We seek to encourage the hurting, the hopeless, and the helpless with the awesome love of God. We believe living an abundant life means to be restored to wholeness through Jesus Christ. A life, which glorifies God, produces an authentic being . . . one capable of impacting a lost world.

We present the infallible, irrefutable, uncompromising Word of God that lives may be transformed, hurts healed, and souls saved!

We aspire to proclaim Christ with passion and power in an effort to encourage and equip people to be all they are created to be!

Woman 2 Woman 2014: "The Love Experience"

Brazos Community Outreach Center, 2110 Old Hearne Road, Bryan, Texas
W2W 2014 Theme: The Love Experience

History/Vision of W2W:

There is a growing issue in our community amongst women of all ages. Our communities are starving for women in our community to provide positive models for our young women to follow. Our young women think it’s acceptable to degrade each other and allow others to degrade them to be accepted. Women are allowing men to use and abuse them, giving them a false sense of acceptance, love, and support. Judging one another has become so prevalent among women of all ages that there is not a genuine sense of trust. Overall, in order to be accepted or deemed beautiful, many women are gaining a false sense of beauty, therefore lowering expectations of themselves and others.

The vision of W2W is to uncover the underlying facets of these issues by identifying the root of the problem, inform women of all aspects and views, and work together to overcome, reform, and empower.

Purpose:

Woman 2 Woman is a day of empowerment for women ages 13 and older. The purpose of this conference is to inspire, respire, and rebuild women and strengthen relationships across generations of women within our community.

If you would like prayer for healing, prosperity, job, inner peace, guidance, receiving Christ, etc., please call. The phone will be answered by a trained ministry associate. Even if you aren't sure what area you need prayer for, as the prayer ministry associate is listening, they will know what area to direct your prayer and pray with you.
