ISA is a sports day that focuses on unified sports, which matches athletes with and without disabilities. Student athletes will participate in various sports including Kickball, Ultimate Frisbee, Flag football, and Bocce ball. “This project has taken months of planning and work, which is a great example of Interact Club’s motto ‘service above self’”, indicated Katherine Kimball, Interact Club Treasurer and coordinator of the project.
The event will be held on April 13th, 2013 from 10am-2pm at the Veterans Park Softball fields in College Station. Lunch as well as a raffle and additional carnival games will be available for all athletes, volunteers, families, and friends who attend.

The event is sponsored by Project UNIFY through Special Olympics and the Interact Club at A&M Consolidated High School in College Station.
To join a great cause and help the community, athletes and volunteers can register for the event online at interactsports.org or at the day of the event. Those who register online will receive a free T-shirt, and have their names automatically entered into the raffle.
