Larry J. Ringer Library will show Empire of Silver, a recent film directed by Christina Yao, on Sunday February 24 and on Wednesday February 27. Watch the movie before its DVD release date!

The film is unrated and is 113 minutes long. It will be shown in Mandarin Chinese with English subtitles.

In 1899 China, the fate of the country and its most powerful family lies with one idealistic young man torn between the needs of the people, the greed of his father, and the undying love of a woman (his first and only love, stolen by his father).
