Basic AR / AK class
Mar 16, 2013 9 AM - 3 PM
Chappell Hill, Texas
This course is for the new shooter who wishes to establish a solid foundation of basic skills so they can efficiently and accurately employ the AR or AK style rifle or carbine for home defense, competition, or as a fighting rifle when the need arises. It is also very appropriate for experienced shooters who are new to the platform or wish to improve, refresh, or reinforce their basic skills so they can better handle their firearm in a high-stress incident. Students will depart the course with a thorough understanding of the AR/AK weapon and valuable knowledge of how to setup, employ, and maintain their weapon and how to conduct their own training in a safe, efficient manner. The skills taught in this course follow the same principles and fundamentals used by our nation’s finest warriors.
