At 8:00am we will have a Certified Zumba Instructor who will be leading a free Zumba stretch and warm up session before the run begins at 8:30am!!! The run will circle Research Park for great scenery! The registration fee includes a t-shirt!

The cafe’s warm atmosphere–with paintings by local artists hanging from the walls, comfy leather couches, and a friendly staff–have made the venue a popular spot for Latin dancing in B-CS.
The night begins with a fun complimentary salsa lesson at 10pm (no partner or experience necessary). Guests learn all of the basic steps in a jovial atmosphere, with an energetic instructor notorius for making you laugh while you’re learning at the same time.
Following the lesson, the dance floor opens for a night of dancing to salsa, bachata, and merengue. Plan on sweating; it gets hot out
there–even in the winter!
