Ukraine Do It 5K: Mission for Karlovka Orphanage

This is a 5K fundraiser for a mission trip to Donetsk, Ukraine where the team will go share the good news and minister to the kids at the Karlovka Orphaned Childrens Rehabilitation Center. Activities will include a summer camp for the children and building a chicken coop for the home, which will provide a consistent source of protein for the children

Saturdays at the Village–is always full of dancers from Aggieland and the Brazos Valley region. The cafe’s warm atmosphere–with paintings by local artists hanging from the walls, comfy leather couches, and a friendly staff–have made the venue a popular spot for Latin dancing in B-CS.

The night begins with a fun complimentary salsa lesson at 10pm (no partner or experience necessary). Guests learn all of the basic steps in a jovial atmosphere, with an energetic instructor notorius for making you laugh while you’re learning at the same time.

Following the lesson, the dance floor opens for a night of dancing to salsa, bachata, and merengue. Plan on sweating; it gets hot out!
