LOS ANGELES (AP) - Madonna has announced another world tour. Her
"Sticky and Sweet" tour will kick off August 23rd in Wales. The North American leg begins October 3rd in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Madonna's latest album, "Hard Candy," debuted at number one in the U.S. and 26 other countries.
