LOS ANGELES (AP) - A lawsuit filed by a celebrity reporter over a video that purportedly shows Heath Ledger doing drugs doesn't adequately state legal claims. That's the decision of a judge in Los Angeles. He's tentatively dismissed 11 of 12 allegations filed against a paparazzi agency and two photographers. They had been accused of secretly filming the reporter and Ledger in a hotel room in 2006. The reporter had been on assignment for People magazine. Her attorneys can amend the lawsuit to try to get their allegations restored. They also can go after a trespass claim against the photographers. The videotape was scheduled to be aired on "Entertainment Tonight" after Ledger's death in January, but the show canceled those plans.
