LOS ANGELES (AP) - A celebrity photographer who's suing Keanu Reeves wants to make sure that during the trial, he's not referred to as a member of the paparazzi. Attorneys for Alison Silva say the words "paparazzo" and "paparazzi" are derogatory and would unfairly prejudice jurors against him. But, Reeves' lawyers counter that Silva has repeatedly identified himself as a "paparazzo" in interviews and on his Web site. During a hearing coming up this week, a judge will consider how to label Silva. Silva is suing Reeves because he says Reeves caused him to fall. Silva says it was while he was taking pictures of Reeves in his car.
