These children in Miss Kissel's Class are constantly wanting to learn. They especially took an interest during the month of February while learning about the presidents of the United States. We made wigs to wear while about George Washington, made log cabins using milk cartons and pretzels while studying Abraham Lincoln, and we studied about the abolishment of slavery. To end the unit we decided to write George W. Bush a letter telling him that we hope he stays safe during this time of war. The children also asked him if they could spend the night in the White House!!!
