1. Employees of KBTX-TV, French Door Spa and their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising agencies are not eligible.

2. Must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for this contest.

3. No purchase necessary. To register for the Monthly Makeover registration 1) log on to www.kbtx.com and click on the Monthly Makeover icon for registration and details. 2) Walk-in and enter at the KBTX studios, 4141 E. 29th Street, Bryan, TX 3) Pick up registration form from 3206 Longmire #B, College Station, Texas 77845.

4. Registration form must be accompanied by a color photo of possible makeover recipient. Pictures submitted WILL NOT be returned.

5. One monthly winner will be featured from the combined entries each month on KBTX.com. Winners will be contacted by telephone.

6. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, advertising and liability release or prizes will be forfeited. All winners agree to use of their names, voices and likenesses in publicity and advertising without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. Please only one entry per person and only one winner per family and/or household. All entries will remain in the pool for the duration of the Monthly Makeover campaign (through January 2006).

8. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Total makeover package depends upon services recommended by French Door Spa for each customized makeover. Prize package value depends upon services received.

9. Registration runs from November 1, 2005 – April 30, 2006 with the first drawing on December 1, 2005. Winners drawn once a month thereafter.
