Voices Of Veterans: Duke Hobbs
Last Updated: 6:49 PM 07/28/11 - For his service to his country, Duke Hobbs not only received a Purple Heart, he was also awarded a Bronze Star for bravery. The Aggie's military career began when he joined the Army in 1944, after finishing his freshman year.

Last Updated: 12:19 PM 07/29/11 - When Pearl Harbor was attacked on the morning of December 7, 1941, Frank Litterst, Jr. was a junior at Texas A&M University. The attack shocked the American people and led the way for the United States to enter World War II. The attack on Pearl Harbor also led the way for the Class of 43, which Litterst was a member of to be commissioned en masse. (Full Story)
