As thunderstorms continue to threaten the Brazos Valley, stay up to date with the latest weather advisories, photos, video, and reports.


1:01 AM (Thu, May 3):
The Tornado Watch for the Brazos Valley has been canceled.

12:12 AM:
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Lee county until 1:45 a.m., Thursday morning.

11:57 PM:
At 11:37 p.m., law enforcement reported that a tree was blown down onto a home east of Trinity along FM 356 with one injury.

11:22 PM:
A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING has been issued for Trinity county and extended for Houston county until 12:00 AM, Thursday morning for gusty winds up to 60 MPH.

10:43 PM:
A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING has been issued for Houston county until 11:45 PM for gusty winds up to 60 MPH.

10:20 PM:
Severe Thunderstorm Watch # 215 has been issued for Austin, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Waller, Washington counties until 6:00 a.m., Thursday morning.

10:20 PM:
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Leon county until 1:15 a.m., Thursday morning.

10:16 PM:
The SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING for Brazos and Burleson counties has been extended until 11:00 PM.

10:06 PM:
A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING has been issued for Madison county until 10:45 PM for gusty winds up to 60 MPH.

10:01 PM:
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Robertson county until 1:00 a.m., Thursday morning.

9:33 PM (Wed, May 3):
A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING has been issued for Brazos and Burleson counties until 10:15 PM for gusty winds up to 60 mph.

9:30 PM (Wed, May 3):
The SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING for Milam county has been allowed to expire.

9:00 PM (Wed, May 3):
We're watching an interesting cluster of storms on the Williamson/Milam county border (in southwestern Milam county) for what could be the potential for rotation. No tornadic warnings are in effect at this time, however, we will continue to monitor this storm pushing into Milam county.

8:37 PM (Wed, May 2):
A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING is in effect for Milam county until 9:30 PM for penny size hail and winds up to 70 mph.

8:15 PM (Wed, May 2):
Tornado Watch # 214 has been issued for Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Houston, Madison, and Trinity counties until 3:00 a.m., Thursday morning.

7:50 PM (Wed, May 2):
Showers and thunderstorms are starting to push eastward, into Milam and Robertson counties. If you live from Cameron to Franklin, you can expect heavy downpours, frequent lightning, and gusty winds as this activity pushes into the northern portions of the Brazos Valley.

5:50 PM (Wed, May 2):
Tornado Watch # 212 has been issued for south Central Texas until 1:00 a.m., Thursday morning. This watch includes Lee county.

5:30 PM (Wed, May 2):
A strong cluster of showers and thunderstorms continue to push east, into Central Texas. These storms have had a history of producing large hail and gusty winds. Several tornado warnings have also been issued throughout the afternoon for rotating storms. We will continue to monitor this activity as it tracks eastward during the evening hours.

3:45 PM (Wed, May 2):
Tornado Watch # 211 has been issued for Central Texas until 10:00 p.m., Wednesday evening. The watch includes Leon, Milam, and Robertson counties.

3:21 PM (Wed, May 2):
Flash Flood Watch issued for Central Texas through 7:00 a.m., Thursday morning. This watch includes Leon, Milam, and Robertson counties.
