American Eagle's Easterwood Flights Cancelled Due to Weather

Travel north to the Metroplex has been hampered by wintry weather, and Easterwood Airport is among those affected.

All American Eagle flights to and from the Texas A&M airport to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport have been cancelled for Friday as a result of the ice storm hitting that area, this according to American's website.

In all, the Associated Press reports nearly 1,000 flights have been called off as of Friday morning.

DFW is American's main hub. In all, a reported 3,500 American and American Eagle flights take to the sky each day around the world.
