One last round of scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms is possible in the Brazos Valley through midnight. A few storms could be strong to severe, with damaging winds & hail being a concern. An isolated, brief tornado threat cannot be ruled out. Highest potential for severe weather is over the Northeastern Corner of the Brazos Valley.
A cold front reached the Texas Panhandle by Tuesday afternoon. North winds caused dust to blow across the High Plains, creating near-zero visibility.
One area of blowing dust pushed through the Lubbock, Texas area around 4pm Tuesday. Shortly after, another area of blowing dust worked into the Northern Texas Panhandle -- after moving south out of Colorado.
