KRASNAYA POLYANA, Russia (AP) The mountains around Sochi, Russia have been shrouded in fog on Monday -- and that's caused the biggest weather disruptions so far in this year's Winter Olympics.

Two medal events -- a biathlon race and a snowboard event -- have both been postponed until tomorrow. But a women's biathlon event went ahead as scheduled after the fog lifted.

Indoors, the U.S. women's hockey team advanced to the championship game with a 6-1 win over Sweden. The U.S. team has won medals in every Winter Games since women's hockey was added in 1998.
