OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Heavy rain early Friday morning caused the roof of an apartment building in Oklahoma City to collapse while strong winds knocked down power lines in nearby Del City.
KOKH-TV reports that 12 people were evacuated following the collapse. No injuries have been reported.
