Last weekend temperatures barely made the 80s on Saturday and just missed the 90s on Sunday. This weekend will be a different story as we get back to typical August heat.
Friday evening brought a few, isolated downpours across parts of Montgomery and Eastern Grimes County. While a stray shower or isolated thunderstorm will be possible by the late afternoon / early evening hours -- that will be the exception rather than the rule, this weekend. In fact, the rain chance is only a 10%, at best (and that is being generous.
Seasonable heat is on tap for Saturday and Sunday -- which means being a few degrees removed from 100°. We've yet to reach the century mark in Bryan / College Station (officially)...can it happen over the next couple of days? Answers to that question, and the rest of what to expect for outdoor plans is up, in your Friday evening video blog above.
