Tropical Storm Dolly Forms Off Mexico's Coast

MIAMI (AP) - Tropical Storm Dolly has formed off Mexico's coast over the Bay of Campeche.

The storm's maximum sustained winds are near 45 mph, and forecasters expect it to strengthen before it makes landfall.

The National Hurricane Center in Miami says Dolly will approach Mexico's coast by tonight and move inland by Wednesday morning.
